Better Weather 1.0

Info

• Better Weather's main purpose is to make Minecraft's weather more realistic, so rain is clear and less visible, and snow is tiny (no longer the size of the player's fist)
• Current Update supports 1.21.5 - 1.21.8, even if it says that it is incompatible. I have personally tested it on 1.21.8, and it worked. I see no reason why it may not work on 1.21.6 or 1.21.7 if it works on both 1.21.5 and 1.21.8.

Warnings

• Better Weather's main purpose is to make Minecraft's weather more realistic, but still keep the vanilla feel. So, using Shaders that already makes the rain and snow realistic is kinda overkill, making both almost invisible, especially the rain.
