Better Signs

Better signs changes the standard sign models to be pixel perfect. This is thanks to the change in 26.2 that changed signs from entities to blocks so they can have custom models without mods. The textures have also changed to be pixel consistent but also overall a cleaner look. The item sprites reflect this. The hanging sign item sprites have undergone the same thing. (hanging sign models were already pixel consistent)
