Better Ice Transparency

It basically decreases the opacity of the ice to make it look more like irl ice.

Changes

• Frost Walker Enchantment's Ice Path: changed the opacity of all stages to 60%*
• Ice Block: changed the opacity to 60%*

*60% compared to the original texture, which does not have 100% opacity
