No more Seasonal tweak + "PRO BUILDER" rank tag

I removed the America 250 Seasonal set tweak because I noticed that there were a lot of Seasonal sets that are in a similar style, and I would have to fix every single one, which I really don't feel like doing.
I also changed the Build Supervisor tag from a navy blue "SUPERVISOR" to the same color, except it says "PRO BUILDER"
