Fixes/changes:

• Update OptiGUI files
• Added missing Chat+ icons
• Lang update & general reorganization
• Updated the WATUT textures
• Removed the "frilled" map frame for xaero's minimap
• Updated Small Ships GUI
• Darkened the NEWS icon outline
• Unchecked checkbox fixed to be in unpressed state
• Upated Supplementaries GUI
• Upated Farmer's delight recipe book icons (& removed the old one)
• Update Chat+ text aligment to the left

• Made the trapped chest GUI slightly less subtle
