Using ResPackOpts, added support for Recolourful Containers, Bare Bones - Better Leaves, and FishySalmon02's Enchantment Outlines.

Notable changes:

• Added Sculk blockset (looks really cool animated)
• Added Mob heads
• Tweaked some leaf block colours. Leaves are now tinted correctly when in the hand and on the ground
• Two banner patterns that are able to generate naturally now have custom sprites (those in the end city and woodland mansion)
