Axel's Datapack RP

Hi! On behalf of Chukchuk, my name is misterk7_-. I have updated his Resource pack for 1.20.2 and 1.20.4.

• Updated to newer versions (multi-versional!)
• New pack logo to differentiate from the datapack itself.
• Removed some work-in-progress elements (To be revised)

Note: This may or may not have broken some parts of Clocks & Chimes, as I had to remove some stuff that (could've?) made that work. I haven't looked at updating that datapack yet.
