Food finally has its own frames

• Nine frames, split by what you can do with the item: raw meat, raw fish, stuff that came out of a furnace, bread and snacks, cakes and pies, plants, meals served in a bowl, feasts you place on the table, and bad food.
• Block crops and hay bales in another group

Expanded Farmer's Delight support

• 156 of the mod's 186 items now have a frame, up from 59. All because of the food frames.
• Added previously forgotten flint and copper knives
• Drinks, seeds and more are still to come

Missing simple frames

• Simple frames (color only) for sand, red sand, gravel, quartz, brick, nether brick and prismarine shards.
• The same for plainly wooden things with no wood type of their own: stick, bowl, ladder.
• Workstations and storage too: crafting table, chest, barrel, loom, lectern and bookshelves as wood, furnace, smoker, grindstone, stonecutter and lodestone as stone.
