What's new:

• Players can now type any command in any capitalisation — /SPAWN, /HeAl, /Tp, etc. all work as expected
• Arguments are preserved exactly as typed, so player names and messages are never affected (e.g. /tp PlayerName stays PlayerName)
• Zero performance overhead when commands are already lowercase — no unnecessary processing
