X-ray Fix - v0.1.0: Initial Release

The first official release of X-ray Fix, a Minecraft server plugin built to shut down both visual X-ray mods and seed-based X-ray exploits at the packet level.

Anti-Cheat Protection

• Seed-based X-ray protection via ore stripping and PRNG-based re-placement using a private server secret - knowing the world seed reveals nothing
• Visual X-ray protection through packet-level obfuscation, sending fake block data for hidden underground blocks

Multi-Dimension Support

• Custom obfuscation rules and fake material pools for both the Overworld and the Nether

Dynamic Block Revealing

• Instant multi-block change packets sent on block break, placement, and explosions to keep visuals accurate while mining

Performance

• Uses ChunkSnapshot for efficient scanning with no impact on server MSPT
• Batched sendMultiBlockChange updates for lightweight packet handling

• Supports Spigot, Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, Pufferfish, and Folia (1.17–26.1, server version dependent)
