- Fixed: POTION_EFFECT events no longer strip potion effects from players outside the event world/scope when the event ends.
- Fixed: ACID_RAIN only forces and restores rain in worlds enabled in world-settings and matching event scope.
- Fixed: THE_MIST no longer removes blindness from players outside the event audience when the event ends.
