Xino Cosmetics
This is a lightweight Spigot Plugin that will add multiple cosmetics and features such as, Auras, Kill Effects, Chat Colors, Chat Tags, Arrow Particles, and Elytra Particles. People can unlock cosmetics through supply drops that spawn every 15 minutes.

Fixes all known bugs from previous versions.
Compass now points to supply drops,
Config rarities actually effect the rarity,
Compass updates every second,
Compass shows distance to the supply drop,
Cosmetics now actually unlock on use,
Equipped cosmetics save on player leave, player kick, and server shutdown.
