Xino Cosmetics

This is a lightweight Spigot Plugin that will add multiple cosmetics and features such as, Auras, Kill Effects, Chat Colors, Chat Tags, Arrow Particles, and Elytra Particles. People can unlock cosmetics through supply drops that spawn every 15 minutes.
