English/German localization: all display text now lives in plugins/withfriends/lang/en.yml and lang/de.yml, selected via general.language in config.yml.
AFK collision immunity (afk.collision-immunity): AFK players can no longer be pushed around by mobs or other players, on top of the existing damage/knockback immunity.
/enderchest [player] can now view another player's Ender Chest - always read-only for anyone but the owner, regardless of the allow-edit setting.

Changed

Unified /msg into one format shown identically to both sides: [world] [sender -> recipient] "message".
Consolidated the tab list/chat world prefixes into a single world-prefixes config, and reused that same colored world tag in /coords, /msg, and death (chest) messages so world formatting looks the same everywhere.
