Wither Head Cannon
Adds a wither head projectile launcher into the game, inspired by the Unstable SMP exploited weapons, deals tons of damage to players around.

- Now uses blue wither skull heads (now destroys more blocks such as obsidian),
- Better optimization,
- Changed the sizes, 1-8 radius.
