[ BUG FIXES ]

• Fixed chat breaking when ChatFormat PAPI is added.
• Fixed some non-functional command assignments in aliases.yml.

[ NEW FEATURE ]

• Added world-specific border settings for RTP.
• Added default RTP world feature; using the /rtp command will now automatically trigger in the designated world.
• Added world-specific permission requirements for RTP; for example, widcore.rtp.world is required for the "world" world.

[ CHANGES ]

• aliases.yml has been completely revamped; it is recommended to delete the current file and let the server recreate it.
• Added missing words to the language file; it is recommended to delete the no-permission and required-permission lines so players can see the required permissions for commands they cannot access.
