Initial early release of WhiteLabelEconomy.

Added:

• Multi-currency economy core
• White-label branding through config.yml and messages.yml
• Configurable currency names, symbols, decimals, and starting balances
• Player-to-player payments
• Transfer taxes with percentage and flat fee support
• System tax collector account
• Currency exchange with configurable rates and fees
• Admin commands to set, give, and take balances
• Flatfile balance storage in balances.yml
• Unit-tested economy domain

Notes:

• Built for Paper API 1.20.4 and Java 17.
• Vault, PlaceholderAPI, SQL storage, and persistent transaction audit history are planned but not included in this release.
