New:

• %wit_info_type% to get players current bar type, %wit_info_state% to get state of wit bar (enabled/disabled)
• world-blacklist in config.yml to stop WIT from working in certain worlds, regenerate config or add the following part:

  world-blacklist:
    # - world_the_end

• Placeholder API Compat now works
• Fixed invalid color code in values.yml (regenerate or change green -> dark_green and light_green -> green in color_percent)
• "hidden" mode no longer stops WIT from updating
