✨ Version 6.7 — Glowing update icon

A small addition born straight out of planning the next major feature — sometimes exploring what's next surfaces quick wins for today.

What changed

• The info icon (redstone block) in the main menu now glows whenever a plugin update is available, on top of the existing red lore line
• Uses the same official enchantment_glint_override API (Paper's modern data-component approach) explored while designing an upcoming feature — not the old fake-enchantment-plus-hidden-flag trick, which had known glint-disappearing bugs
• No new setting: the glow simply follows the existing update-available state, always on when relevant, always off otherwise

🏷️ Naming

• Minor version bump (6.6 → 6.7) — tiny, self-contained addition
• Generated jar: Waystone-6.7-26.2.x.jar
• Like v6.0 through v6.6, this version only concerns the 26.2.x line
