Waystones

I made a minecraft server for my friends and wanted a waystones plugin but I couldn't find one that worked for 26.2 that had custom waystone blocks. So I made my own!

This quite a simple plugin to understand but here are the key details.

Recipe

For version 1.0 I have added a custom recipe with Diamonds and an eye of ender. This is currently not configurable but I intend to add that functionality eventually. I thought this recipe would be balanced enough to not be accessible super early and allow people to progress normally first. !Image of waystone recipe

Usage Instructions

The Waystone is quite simple. Place it down and name it to add it to the waystone network: !Adding a waystone

Interact with the newly placed waystone to open the menu tree. The first menu is World Selection allowing you to select whether you want to see waystones in the Overworld, Nether, or The End: !World Selection menu

Select a dimension to see a list of waystones in that dimension. Then select a waystone to be teleported to it, even from within another dimension: !Selecting a specific waystone !Teleported to waystone

Future additions

I want to add future additions to this plugin. Some I have in mind are custom commands, private waystone networks, waystone discovery, and custom recipes from config that users can modify. I'm not ruling out any ideas straight away so please if anyone can think of something let me know and I'll see what I can do!

I have mainly tested this on a local paper server. I will be testing it on other server types such as purper, spigot, pufferfish etc. Feel free to try it out but at the minute I only officially support Paper as that is what I made it for initially
