Added - Waypoints GUI

Run /wp with no arguments to open a point-and-click waypoint menu.

• Left-click a waypoint to teleport to it
• Right-click a waypoint to rename it in an anvil text field
• Shift-click a waypoint to delete it, with a confirmation step
• Green button saves your current location and lets you name it before it saves

Waypoints show an icon per dimension (Compass / Fire Charge / Ender Eye) and their coordinates.

All existing commands (/wp set, /wp go, /wp list, /wp delete) are unchanged.

Fixed

• Documented permission nodes now match the plugin: waypointslite.* (the page previously listed the pre-rename essentialslite.* names)
