WayBar - Vanilla locator bar waypoints

Changed

• Saved waypoint X/Z coordinates are normalized to block centers (block + 0.5) for stability.
• Styles are now enum-managed only: unknown style_id values are ignored (client default icon is used).
• The plugin no longer clears unknown styles in the database on startup.

Fixed

• Locator Bar integration now initializes on Spigot obfuscated server jars (fallback reflection for NMS classes/methods).
• Waypoint icon colors now apply on Spigot obfuscated server jars.

Added

• /wp set and /wp gset now accept optional color:, style:, and radius: arguments for one-command creation.

Removed

• Removed support for setting arbitrary style ids via id namespace:path in /wp style and /wp gstyle.
