Physical land claim protection for Paper & Purpur 1.21 through 26.x. Place ward blocks to protect builds from griefing, manage members via GUI, track events with Ward Intelligence, and customize tiers, radii, and recipes in config.

- Minecraft 26.1 support — compiled against the 26.1.2 API (
api-version: 26.1); verified end-to-end on Paper 26.1.2 and Purpur 26.1.2 (Java 25 servers). - Fixed colored titles & action bars — entry alerts and placement titles now build proper Adventure components: legacy
&codes and&#RRGGBBhex colors are parsed into real styles instead of raw formatting codes. - Internal cleanup: explosion protection uses the standard Bukkit events on all platforms.
- Note for 1.21.x servers: stay on v1.9.1 — the v2.x line targets Minecraft 26.1+.
