Wandering Merchants

The changes in this version includes:

• Added a config file. It now allows server owners to:

  • Change the message sent to the player when a merchant spawns near them
  • Set the time for how frequently a merchant spawns near a player
  • Set the time before a merchant despawns if it has not been turned into a shopkeeper
  • Set the time for how often the plugin should look for merchants to despawn

• Changed Edmund's Seed Pouch's crafting recipe

• Fixed a typo in Sylphie's Grimoire's crafting recipe GUI

• Fixed version mismatch between build.gradle.kts and plugin.yml which was left over from the previous update
