[!] Small resourcepack change for Minecraft 1.21.7 - Please replace the files, if you are not using the internal webserver option!
- Added support for Minecraft 1.21.7
- Added Notice Book if resourcepack fails to load
- Added ServerLinks ~ Fixed commands registering on some servers ~ Commands are now accessible in the console / commandblock ~ Resourcepacks will now load in the configuration phase on Paper 1.21.7+
- Removed FirstTimeUsed plugin message when joining the server
