🚀 VRX Clans v1.0.5

Version 1.0.5 is a major progression, territory, economy and PvP update for VRX Clans.

This update introduces a complete Clan Territory System, flexible physical item payments, Clan Prestige, Clan Events, large-scale Clan Contracts, a new Clan Shield System, and multiple new progression options for long-term clan gameplay.

🏛️ Clan Territory System

Clans can now claim chunks and build their own protected territory.

💎 Physical Item Payments

Clan shop features and other systems can now use physical Minecraft items instead of only in-game money.

Server owners can configure whether a feature costs:

Item Payment Support

Item payments can use:

• Minecraft material
• Item amount
• Custom display name
• Custom Model Data

This allows servers to create completely different progression systems.

Example

Instead of paying:

$10,000

a clan could be required to pay:

32 Emeralds

This can be used for:

• Rare resources
• Event currencies
• Custom tokens
• Custom server items
• Premium upgrade materials
• Special progression items

🛒 Extended Shop Payment Support

The clan shop has been expanded to support both money and physical item payments.

Different upgrades can use different payment types.

For example:

Member Upgrade → Money
Claim Upgrade → Emeralds
Vault Upgrade → Diamonds
Teleport Upgrade → Custom Token

This gives server owners significantly more freedom when designing their economy.

Clans can purchase additional territory capacity through the clan shop.

Possible upgrade:

Claim upgrades can be configured with:

🎖️ Clan Prestige System

Clans can now enter Prestige after reaching the configured maximum clan level.

→ Clan Level resets
→ Reach Level 50 again
→ Prestige 2

Prestige provides long-term progression even after clans reach the normal maximum level.

Prestige Rewards

Prestige can grant permanent bonuses such as:

• Additional clan homes
• Additional member slots
• Clan bank rewards
• Special clan tag colors
• Exclusive shop upgrades
• Additional progression rewards

The maximum Prestige level and rewards can be configured by the server owner.

🎨 Prestige Clan Tag Colors

Prestige levels can unlock special clan tag colors.

Example:

Prestige 1 → Dark Aqua
Prestige 2 → Purple
Prestige 3 → Gold
Prestige 5 → Pink

This gives experienced clans an additional visual status symbol.

🛒 Prestige Exclusive Shop Upgrades

Clan shop upgrades can now require a specific Prestige level.

🎟️ Shop Vouchers

A new Shop Voucher reward has been added.

Shop vouchers can be rewarded through Clan Contracts.

A voucher can be used to cover a money-based clan shop purchase.

This allows server owners to reward active clans with free upgrades without directly giving them money.

Item-based purchases remain separate and still require the configured physical items.

🛡️ Clan Shield System

Clans can now receive temporary protection through the new Clan Shield System.

The shield system is especially useful for PvP, Survival and competitive clan servers.

⚔️ War Protection

While a Clan Shield is active:

• Other clans cannot start a war against the protected clan
• War requests against the protected clan can be blocked
• Protected clans cannot be repeatedly targeted immediately after losing wars

This prevents smaller or weaker clans from being permanently farmed.

🏰 Territory PvP Protection

Clan Shields can provide additional protection inside a clan's own territory.

While enabled:

• Enemy PvP can be blocked inside protected claims
• Clan bases become temporarily safer
• Players have time to rebuild after major conflicts

This behavior can be configured by server owners.

🆕 New Clan Protection

Newly created clans can automatically receive a temporary Clan Shield.

Example:

24 Hours

This gives new clans time to:

• Recruit members
• Build their base
• Gather resources
• Prepare for PvP
• Establish territory

without immediately becoming a target.

💀 Protection After Losing a War

Clans can automatically receive protection after losing a clan war.

Example:

War Lost
→ Clan Shield activated for 6 hours

This prevents repeated war farming and gives the losing clan time to recover.

🔐 Manual Clan Shield

Authorized clan members can manually activate their shield.

Manual activation can require:

• Clan bank money
• Physical items

This uses the same flexible payment system as the clan shop.

💎 Item-Based Shield Activation

Clan Shields can also require physical Minecraft items.

Example:

Shield Activation:
16 Diamonds

instead of:

$25,000

This allows servers to create rare defensive resources or special shield tokens.

⏳ Shield Cooldown

Manual Clan Shields have configurable cooldowns.

Example:

12 Hours

This prevents clans from permanently staying protected.

Players can check their clan's current protection status.

📌 Update Recommendation

Before installing the update:

1. Stop your server.
2. Create a backup of your VRX Clans plugin folder.
3. Create a backup of your database.
4. Replace the previous plugin version.
5. Start the server.
6. Check the newly added configuration sections.
7. Configure Territory, Prestige, Contracts, Events and Shields as desired.
8. Test the new systems before using them on a production server.
