🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed AutoConfigUpdater creating excessive backups by limiting retained backups.
• Fixed vote requirement edge cases when there are zero eligible players or zero valid votes.
• Fixed vote counts so players who become ineligible or AFK after voting no longer count toward the skip.
• Improved reload handling so hooks are reinitialized correctly.
• Removed unused MySQL dependency from the final jar.
