Added Cooldown System: Configurable wait time between jumps (default 60s).
Added Movement Detection: Ritual is cancelled if the player moves.
New Configuration: New settings added to config.yml.
Admin Bypass: Players with OP/admin permission bypass the cooldown.

Added Cooldown System: Dodano system czasu oczekiwania między teleportacjami (domyślnie 60s).
Added Movement Detection: Rytuał jest przerywany, gdy gracz się poruszy.
New Configuration: Nowe opcje w config.yml (cooldown, cancel-on-move).
Admin Bypass: Administratorzy (OP) ignorują cooldown.

[PL] Zaleca się usunięcie starego folderu pluginu przed instalacją tej wersji, aby wygenerować nowy, zaktualizowany plik config.yml.
[EN] It is highly recommended to delete the old plugin folder before installing this version to generate a new, updated config.yml.
