🔄 Update v1.2

Version 1.2 introduces chat slow mode, improved messaging, and a new broadcast system, giving administrators even more control over chat flow and communication.

Changes & Additions

• Added a new command: /chat slow <time in seconds>
  • Enables chat slow mode to prevent message spam
  • Players must wait the specified amount of time before sending another message
• Added a new GUI option in /chat corresponding to the slow mode command
• Added new configurable messages to config.yml
• Fixed an issue where /chat help did not display its message correctly
• Added a new command: /chat broadcast <message>
  • Sends a message to all currently online players on the server

This update expands moderation capabilities while keeping the workflow simple and intuitive through both commands and the GUI.
