`v1.0.0` - Initial Release

This is the first public release of the VisualIgnore plugin.

Visual Hiding: Added /ignore <player> command to completely hide the target player's model.
Unhide Players: Added /unignore <player> command to reverse all effects.
Chat Blocking: Messages from ignored players in public chat are no longer displayed.
PM Blocking: Prevents sending or receiving private messages (/msg, /tell, /w, etc.) between players.
Damage Blocking: Completely cancels all PvP damage (both melee and projectile) between the player and their ignored target (works both ways).
Data Persistence: Ignore lists are saved in config.yml and persist through server restarts.
Full Localization: All player-facing messages are located in config.yml and can be fully translated or modified.
