Dynamic view distance and simulation distance adjustment per world — lightweight, fully configurable, and built for performance-critical servers.

- Fixed mixed mode being able to jump simulation/view distance straight to its maximum in a single check when server load suddenly dropped (e.g. players clustering together), instantly re-overloading the server and requiring a slow step-by-step decrease afterward
- Added
max-increase-stepandmax-decrease-stepoptions underreactive-mode-settings(default:1and3) — limits how many steps simulation/view distance may change by in a single check, in each direction - Added
revert-increase-if-overloadedoption underreactive-mode-settings(default:true) — if an increase immediately overloads the server on the very next check, it's rolled back right away instead of crawling back down through the normal decrease delay
