🔨 Major Changes

• Completely rewrote VeinMiner core logic - better performance and reliability
• Added custom "Vein Miner" enchantment - no more manual datapack installation!
• Added sneak-to-activate feature - crouch/sneak to mine entire veins, stand for normal mining
• Auto-generates datapack - plugin creates everything automatically on startup
