🐛 Fix - Galaxy Animation Error on Paper 26.2

• The galaxy animation no longer throws an error when unvanishing. Paper 26.2 started rejecting particle sizes outside [0.01, 4.0], and the animation's fade-in begins at exactly 0, so the very first tick spammed an IllegalArgumentException in the console.
• Particle sizes are now clamped plugin-wide, so every animation that fades particles in or out stays within the range the server accepts - on 26.2 and on older builds alike.
• Nothing changes visually. A size of 0 was already invisible; it is now simply the smallest size the server allows.

• No config changes. Drop-in replacement for 1.1.6.
• Compatibility: Paper/Purpur 1.21.10 - 26.2.
