🔫 Valocraft: Valorant in Minecraft

Valocraft is a from-scratch recreation of Valorant inside Minecraft:

• 29 playable agents with full ability kits and their full skin in game;
• 8 game modes, including ranked;
• a Valorant-style economy and spike mode;
• hitscan weapons with spread and recoil;
• a battle pass, cosmetics and lobby leaderboards;
• map worlds that are only loaded when a match starts.

⚠️ Valocraft 2.x is a complete rewrite. Nothing from the 1.x versions (old agent kits, physical bullets, the built-in anti-cheat, etc.) exists anymore.

🆕 What's new

2.2.1, Shoot Update

• No more random deviation while standing still. The click's shot now uses your up-to-date aim. False "in the air" ticks are ignored, and aim no longer drops out on network jitter.
• Counter-strafing: releasing your movement keys makes you accurate.
• Reworked spray recoil: the climb eases into a plateau, then a smooth side sway. Less recoil crouched or aiming, and a faster reset (0.35 to 0.45 s).

• Battle pass, kill banners and sounds, sprays.

Match flow

1. Waiting room and agent select happen in the lobby.
2. Loading screen: everyone's card, agent and title are shown while the server loads the map world.
3. Everyone is moved onto the map. At the end of the match, the world is unloaded again.

Other match features:

• Reconnect: a disconnected player keeps their slot for 3 minutes.
• Votes: /vc ff to surrender, /vc remake if a teammate left.
• AFK kick.

Abilities that feel like Valorant

• Manual activation: keys 5 to 8 select the ability, left click uses it.
• Hold to throw: the trajectory arc is shown while you hold, release to throw, right click for an underhand lob. Sova's bolts go further the longer you hold.
• White flashes that fade out.
• Opaque 3D smokes that hide players inside and behind them, at any distance.
• Tactical map for long-range smokes and strikes, like Brimstone, Omen, Astra and Clove.
• First-person piloting of Sova's drone, Skye's tiger and Tejo's drone, while your body stays behind and can be killed.
• Gauges: Neon's energy (sprint and slide), Viper's fuel (emitters you toggle on and off), Jett's two-step dash.
• Destructible utility: shoot the turret, cameras and traps.
• Ultimate system: points from kills, deaths, the spike and ult orbs. Enemy ult points are visible in the scoreboard.
• Every price, charge, cooldown and damage value is in abilities.yml, so you can tune them without recompiling.

🔫 Weapons

Arsenal: Knife • Classic • Ghost • Sheriff • Shorty • Frenzy • Stinger • Spectre • Bucky • Judge • Bulldog • Guardian • Phantom • Vandal • Marshal • Operator • Outlaw • Ares • Odin, all with 3D models.

• Hitscan shooting with lag compensation, plus head / body / leg damage with range falloff.
• Hold-to-fire: just hold left click, like in Valorant (nothing is ever broken).
• Accuracy: standing still or counter-strafing is accurate; moving or jumping is not.
• Recoil: Valorant-style spray recoil that builds into the bullet path, not your camera. It eases into a plateau, then a side sway.
• Wall penetration, full-screen sniper scopes and shotguns.
• Weapon requests: click a weapon you can't afford and a teammate can buy it for you.

💎 Progression and cosmetics

Radianite is earned every match. Spend it in the lobby shop:

🗺️ Maps

• In-game map editor: spawns, spike sites, pre-round walls, ziplines, ult orbs and tactical map area.
• Map importer for Ommo's VALORANT x Minecraft maps (/vc import).
• On-demand worlds: map worlds stay on disk. They're loaded when a match launches and unloaded once nobody uses them.
• Pre-round walls only fill empty blocks, and every temporary block is restored, even after a crash.

License: Ommo's maps are under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. They are allowed on a private server among friends. A public server requires a commercial license (contact@ommo.me). Do not redistribute the maps.

📦 Installation

1. Drop Valocraft-2.2.1.jar into plugins/ (delete any older Valocraft jar) and start the server.
2. Optionally add SkinsRestorer for signed agent skins.
3. Stand where you want the lobby and run /vc setlobby.
4. Create a map (/vc map ...) or import one (/vc import), then /vc map enable <map>.
5. Optionally place leaderboards with /vc leaderboard set <type>.

The resource pack is embedded in the jar and served on the Minecraft port itself. No extra port is needed, and it works on Pterodactyl.
