uxmEssentials Velocity add-on 0.5.0

Updated for the 0.5.0 main plugin, with more of the network kept in sync.

Requires the uxmEssentials 0.5.0 backend on Paper 26.1.2+ and a Velocity 3.x proxy.

What's new

• Trade and vanish now sync across the network. The cross-server bus carries the two new 0.5.0 network features: a trade started on one server, and a staff member's vanish state, now follow the player across the whole network.
• Cross-server player warps. /pwarp teleports straight to a warp that lives on another backend.
• Rebuilt against the 0.5.0 sync surface. Homes, warps, player-warps, economy, vaults, trade, vanish, moderation, holograms, NPCs, the vote party and the messaging ignore list all replicate between nodes that share one database.
• Clean fallback. With no proxy, Redis or peers, the bus still degrades cleanly to local-only, so single-server behaviour is unchanged.
