uxmEssentials Discord add-on 0.5.0

Updated for the 0.5.0 main plugin.

Requires the uxmEssentials 0.5.0 backend on Paper 26.1.2+ with the discordlink module enabled.

What's new

• Per-module config for discord-link. The host module now ships its own config for the enable flag and the link-code TTL, alongside this add-on's own bot token and channel settings.
• Rebuilt for the 0.5.0 line. Account linking with a one-time code, role sync, and audit / economy notifications through JDA are unchanged.
• Dormant by default. The bot still ships off until you supply a token, so installing the jar never touches Discord until you configure it.
