3.6.1 - Paper 26.x message delivery

uSkyBlock 3.6.1 fixes a bug that could silenced uSkyBlock message on Paper 26.x.

Fixes

• uSkyBlock sometimes did not deliver chat messages on Paper 26.x. Commands were stil executed, and GUIs worked normally, but sender feedback was missing. Only affects Paper version 26.x with uSkyBlock 3.6.0. Plugin versions < 3.6.0, Paper version < 26.1, and all Spigot versions were unaffected.
• The download URL shown to server admins is updated. (thanks @marcbal)

Under the hood

• The live-server harness now verifies that messages actually reach players, on both Paper and Spigot across the supported version range, so this class of silent failure is caught before release.
• Dependency updates (SQLite, HttpClient).

Upgrade: Drop-in - no config changes required. Recommended for anyone on Paper 26.x.
