New Features

• Admin Nick/Skin Management - OPs can now change nicknames and skins for other players
  • /unstablesmp nick <player> <nickname> - Set another player's nickname
  • /unstablesmp skin <player> <skinName> - Change another player's skin
  • /unstablesmp resetnick <player> - Reset a player's nickname
  • /unstablesmp resetskin <player> - Reset a player's skin

Permissions

• unstablesmp.nick.others - Change other players' nicknames (default: op)
• unstablesmp.skin.others - Change other players' skins (default: op)

Notes

• Both admin and target player receive confirmation messages
• All changes are saved and persist across sessions
