🔒 Security & REST API

API Authentication: Added a configurable access token (api.secret-token in config.yml) to secure all REST API endpoints. Unauthorized requests will now be rejected with a 401 Unauthorized response.

⚙️ Redeem Logic & Commands

Multi-Command Support: Updated redeem codes to execute multiple commands (instead of a single command) upon redemption.
Admin Reload Command: Added the /redeem reload subcommand (permission uniredeem.admin) to dynamically reload the plugin configuration and database connection pool without restarting the server.
Help Command: Added the /redeem help subcommand to list all available user and administrator command arguments.
