Welcome to UltraCosmetics-3.15-DEV-b2, which features support for 26.1 and a few other changes.

• Individual cosmetics can now be restricted from purchase using permissions, e.g. ultracosmetics.purchase.gadgets.batblaster, though note that these default to true. Thanks @CoolLord22!
• UltraCosmetics will now try to bypass restrictions on mounting entities imposed by other plugins such as WorldGuard, thanks @CoolLord22!
• Fix config migration for hats defined only by a texture URL, thanks CoolLord22!
• Suits that create trails no longer cause errors in some locations
• Fix a memory leak in FallDamageManager
• Improve tracking of UC armor items
• Add support for ExcellentEconomy (formerly known as CoinsEngine, though CoinsEngine is still supported through its old API.)
• Misc bug fixes in old versions
