- Adds configurable Nether-portal protection around custom walls and world-border edges.
- Projects portal coordinates between the Overworld and Nether with Minecraft's vanilla 8:1 scale.
- Prevents portals in either dimension from being created at coordinates that map within the protected radius of a boundary in the linked dimension.
- Blocks players, entities, vehicles, and mounted passenger stacks from using protected portals.
- Restricts Minecraft's portal search and paired-portal creation radius so existing portals across a wall cannot be selected.
- Adds independent configuration switches for portal creation and portal use, with a five-block default safety radius.
- Leaves End portals unaffected and preserves
ultraborder.bypassas the administrative portal-use exception.
