Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue where LuckPerms ranks could fail to load correctly on server startup, causing everyone to be treated as "default" rank.
• Fixed a minor bug where the boss bar's color-cycling effect could keep running briefly after it should have disappeared.
• Fixed join broadcasts and join titles potentially turning off unexpectedly if certain settings were missing from the config.
• Improved sound reliability for join and welcome-bounty sounds, so they're less likely to break on future Minecraft updates.
• General internal cleanup for better long-term stability — no changes to how the plugin looks or behaves.
