Troll plugin

- Descriotion:

This plugin allows you to troll players: blow them up, send lightning at them (there will be more ways in the future), and the plugin also allows you to send messages to players along with the troll.

- commands:

 /tnt [player] [message] - you can send someone a TNT with message
 /lightning [player] [messege] - you can send someone a lightning with message
 /SnowBall [player] [message] - You can throw 10 snowballs at someone.
 /Poison [player] [message] - You can poison someone for 5 seconds.

- cost of commands:

• /tnt - 10 diamonds
• /lightning - 5 diamonds
• /SnowBall - 3 diamonds
• /Poison - 7 diamonds
