First release of TeamTpa - a lightweight teams + teleport-request plugin for Paper.
Teams
/teamcreate - create a team
/team modify prefix|suffix - set a colored prefix/suffix (owner only)
/team join / /team leave
/teammsg (alias /tm) - private chat visible only to your team
Prefix/suffix now show in the tab list and player nametag, not just chat
TPA
/tpa - request to teleport to someone
/tpahere - request someone to teleport to you
/tpaaccept / /tpadeny
/tpatoggle - block/allow incoming requests
Accepted teleports trigger a 5-second bossbar countdown that cancels automatically if you move

All messages support & color codes
Teams persist across restarts (teams.yml)
Built for Paper 1.21.x, targeting 1.26.2 once its API is published
