Touchy Spawners

Added

• Silk Touch spawner breaking: break any spawner with a Silk Touch tool to receive it as a drop
• Mob type preservation: the dropped item stores the original entity type via BlockStateMeta
• Correct restore on placement: placing the item sets the spawner back to its original mob type
• Creative mode exclusion: players in Creative mode are not affected and spawners break as usual
• XP drop suppression: no experience is dropped when breaking a spawner with Silk Touch
