Cooldown System

• Separate cooldown per player
• Separate cooldown per totem type
• Survives server restarts
• Anti-spam protection

Resurrection System

When a custom totem activates:

1. Death is prevented.
2. One charge is consumed.
3. Remaining charges are updated.
4. Totem stays if charges remain.
5. Totem breaks after the final charge is used.
