TomExpensive 4.0 restores the ProtocolLib anvil unlocker, keeps true Survival anvil costs visible above 40 levels, adds & and hex color support for weapon renames, removes the unused config/reload flow, and fixes the update checker so older Modrinth releases are not reported as new updates.
