First release of Time Bank - a hardcore survival plugin where players have limited lifespan based on real playtime.

• Time drains in real-time while online (configurable starting time)
• Permanent ban when time reaches 0
• Tradeable Time Crystals - extract and consume time as physical items
• PvP time stealing - killer gains 15 min, victim loses 30 min
• Earn time from mob kills, mining ores, and advancements
• Revive Beacon system to revive banned players
• Death penalties for natural and PvP deaths
• Admin commands: /settime and /revive
