Changes
- Add Minecraft 26.3 to the Paper compatibility listings on Modrinth and Hangar. The same Java 17 plugin remains compatible with older supported versions; it is also compiled and tested against the Paper 26.3 API in CI.
- Paper's 26.3 server builds are still marked alpha. Runtime compatibility on 26.3 has not been smoke-tested, so use a stable Paper release for production servers.
