First Modrinth release.

A Prometheus exporter for Paper servers in a 28 KB jar with zero runtime dependencies. Exact MSPT percentiles from Paper's raw per-tick array, per-world entity/tile-entity/chunk/player counts, entities by type, JVM memory and GC, process CPU, and player event counters.

Scrapes never touch the server thread: collection runs on a scheduler task and publishes an immutable snapshot that the HTTP handler serialises.

Requires Paper 26.2+ and Java 25+.
